i am currently being reminded of how horrible my anxiety attacks feel. i cant breath, i cant think strait, i cant stop crying, i dont want to eat, or do anything for that matter, except sleep, i hurt everywhere, and at first i thought i was just uber depressed over some boy but this is something WAY deeper, whatever it is, i really wish it would stop because i cant deal with this right now
Sometimes I feel like there’s a hole inside of me, an emptiness that at times seems to burn. I think if you lifted my heart to your ear, you could probably hear the ocean.
